We review access, planning constraints, levels, services, drainage and how the new structure connects to the site or house.

We develop an outline design and define a package with clear assumptions, exclusions and next steps.

Planning, Building Regulations, structural engineering and energy information are coordinated as required.

Approved panel drawings are converted into a factory-cut SIP kit with labelled components and schedules.

The kit is delivered in an agreed sequence and assembled by our team or your appointed installer.

Remaining works are completed under the chosen package, followed by inspection, documentation and handover.
